Role

As the Director of Product & Technology at WONDR, I led the digital transformation of ARI, a prominent airport retail operator with over 70 years of history. Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly website that reflects ARI's global rebrand and enhances customer engagement.

ARI's existing digital presence was outdated, with a complex layout and limited mobile optimization, hindering user engagement and brand consistency.
