Role

As the Director of Product & Technology at WONDR, I led the comprehensive digital transformation of Arnotts, Ireland's oldest and largest department store, to enhance their eCommerce platform. Our objective was to create a distinctive digital brand identity and a seamless user experience that reflects Arnotts' rich heritage while driving online revenue growth.

Arnotts sought to transition to a new eCommerce system that not only modernized their online presence but also encapsulated their brand's character. The challenge was to design an engaging, user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrated with their existing systems and enhanced the overall customer journey.

    • Prototyping & Front-End Design: Developed interactive prototypes and front-end designs to ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  3. Collaboration & Implementation:
    • Team Collaboration: Led a multidisciplinary team, including members from WONDR's creative team and Adobe Experience Manager specialists, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
    • Integration with AEM: Leveraged Adobe Experience Manager to manage and deliver content across digital platforms efficiently.
    • Digital Guidelines: Established detailed digital guidelines, providing Arnotts' creative team with easily accessible design assets to maintain consistency across all digital channels.
